Night of Champions 2010 was a pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) that took place on September 19, 2010 in Rosemont, Illinois. It was the fourth annual event in the Night of Champions chronology. Similar to the previous three events, the concept of the show was that every championship in the company was defended at the event.

- Big Show defeated CM Punk.
- Daniel Bryan defeated The Miz (with Alex Riley) to win the WWE United States Championship.
- Michelle McCool defeated Melina in a lumberjill match to unify her WWE Women's Championship with Melina's WWE Divas Championship.
- Kane defeated The Undertaker in a No Holds Barred match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
- Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre won a tag team turmoil match to win the WWE Tag Team Championships by last eliminating Evan Bourne and Mark Henry (also involving Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov, The Usos (Jimmy and Jey), and The Hart Dynasty (Tyson Kidd and David Hart Smith).
