On the November 19, 2021 episode of 205 Live, Stratton made her WWE debut, defeating Amari Miller. She would soon debut on the main NXT brand, where on December 28, she would defeat Fallon Henley. She would start a feud with Sarray. The feud would culminate on the April 19, 2022 episode of NXT, where Stratton was victorious. On May 26, Stratton was part of the NXT Women's Break Out Tournament, replacing Nikkita Lyons after she suffered an injury, defeating Fallon Henley in the semifinals. She would eventually lose in the finals to Roxanne Perez. Stratton then started a feud with Wendy Choo, defeating her at The Great American Bash, but losing to her in a "Lights Out" match on the August 23 episode of NXT.
After a brief hiatus due to an injury in October 2022, Stratton made her return on January 10, 2023 at NXT New Year's Evil. In her first match back, she picked up a victory over Indi Hartwell on the January 24 episode of NXT. After defeating Hartwell again, Stratton qualified for a ladder match for the NXT Women's Championship, which took place at NXT Stand and Deliver on April 1, although she was unsuccessful in capturing the title. In May, Stratton took part in an eight-woman single-elimination tournament, in which she defeated Gigi Dolin in the quarterfinals, Roxanne Perez in the semi-finals, and Lyra Valkyria in the finals at NXT Battleground to win the NXT Women's Championship, marking her first title in her career. On June 27, during the second week of Gold Rush, Stratton successfully defended her title in her first title defense against Chase University's Thea Hail. During the match, Hail submitted Stratton, however, the referee was distracted by Drew Gulak before Stratton ultimately won the match. This led to Stratton defending the title against Hail on July 30 at The Great American Bash in a submission match, where Stratton once again retained her title after Andre Chase threw in the towel for Hail. On the September 12 episode of NXT, Stratton would lose the NXT Women's Championship to Becky Lynch after a 107-day reign. At NXT New Year's Evil on January 2, 2024, Stratton faced Fallon Henley in a "ranch hand for a day" match. Stratton lost the match, and therefore had to work on Henley's ranch for a day the following week.
On January 27 at the Royal Rumble, Stratton entered the titular match at number twenty-nine and lasted until the final four when she was eliminated by Bayley. On the February 2 episode of SmackDown, Stratton officially signed with the brand, becoming a member of the main roster. That same night, Stratton defeated “Michin” Mia Yim in her main roster debut. Two weeks later, Stratton defeated Latino World Order's Zelina Vega to qualify for the women's Elimination Chamber match at Elimination Chamber. She would, however, fail at the event after being eliminated by Liv Morgan despite having eliminated Naomi beforehand. On the April 19 episode of SmackDown, Stratton interfered in the WWE Women’s Championship match between Bayley and Naomi, causing a disqualification. This led to a triple threat match for the title at Backlash France, where Bayley retained. Stratton then entered the 2024 Queen of the Ring tournament, defeating Michin in the first round but losing to Bianca Belair in the quarterfinals. Shortly after, Stratton would form an alliance with the Queen of the Ring winner Nia Jax. On the June 28 episode of SmackDown, Stratton defeated Jade Cargill and Candice LeRae in a triple threat match to qualify for the women's Money in the Bank ladder match, where she would go on to grab the Money in the Bank briefcase at the titular event on July 6. In August, she helped Jax win the WWE Women's Championship from Bayley at SummerSlam. On October 14, Stratton made her Raw debut, teaming up with Rhea Ripley to face The Judgment Day (Women's World Champion Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez), which ended in a no contest after interference from Jax. After the match, Stratton attempted to cash in her Money in the Bank contract on Morgan, who was rescued by "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio. At Survivor Series: WarGames on November 30, Stratton participated in her first WarGames match alongside Jax, Morgan, Rodriguez and Candice LeRae against Bayley, Belair, Naomi, Ripley and Iyo Sky in a losing effort.
On the January 3, 2025 episode of SmackDown, Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank contract on Nia Jax (after assisting the latter in her title defense against Naomi and subsequently turning on both Jax and LeRae) to win the WWE Women's Championship. On the January 17 episode of SmackDown, Stratton defeated Bayley to retain the title in her first title defense. On the February 14 episode of SmackDown, Stratton defended her title against Jax, but the match ended in a disqualification victory for Stratton after interference from LeRae. She was then attacked by Royal Rumble winner Charlotte Flair, who challenged her for the WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania 41, turning Stratton face for the first time in her career. At Elimination Chamber: Toronto on March 1, Stratton and Trish Stratus defeated Jax and LeRae. At WrestleMania 41, Stratton successfully defended the WWE Women's Championship against Charlotte Flair. She then retained her title against Nia Jax on the May 16 episode of SmackDown and in a Last Woman Standing match on the June 27 episode, ending their feud. At Evolution on July 13, Stratton successfully defended the title against Stratus. On night one of SummerSlam on August 2, Stratton successfully defended the title against Jade Cargill. At Crown Jewel on October 11, Stratton faced Women's World Champion Stephanie Vaquer for the WWE Women's Crown Jewel Championship in a losing effort, suffering her first loss in 2025. At Saturday Night's Main Event on November 1, Stratton lost the title to Cargill in a rematch, ending her reign at 302 days.
