Scrypts would sign with WWE in January 2020. After Carmella had returned to WWE in late 2020, he, under the name Reginald, debuted on SmackDown as her sommelier who would assist Carmella throughout her feud with Sasha Banks. On the January 22, 2021 episode of SmackDown, Reginald would make his in-ring debut in WWE, facing Sasha Banks in a losing effort. After Carmella lost to Sasha Banks at the Royal Rumble for the SmackDown Women's Championship, Reginald begin teasing a team-up with Sasha Banks which would lead to Carmella firing Reginald as her sommelier on the March 5 episode of SmackDown. Shortly after being fired by Carmella, Reginald would enter a new partnership with Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. Reginald would began accompanying Jax and Baszler to the ring on Monday Night Raw and would interfere in Jax and Baszler's matches. Reginald would often frustrate Shayna Baszer, which would lead to a match between the two on the May 31 episode of Raw, in which Reginald would win. Over time, Baszler's, Jax's and Reginald's relationship would start to deteriorate, and the partnership would officially end on the July 19 episode of Raw, where after a loss to Women's Tag Team Champions Natalya and Tamina, Jax and Baszler would turn on Reginald and fire him. Just seconds after being fired, Akira Tozawa would rush to the ring with his 24/7 Championship after being chased by mu;tiple WWE superstars, and Reginald would attack Tozawa before pinning him and becoming the new 24/7 Champion, marking his first title win in WWE. On the July 30 episode of SmackDown, his ring name was shortened to Reggie. Along with shortening his name, he also dropped his French accent, saying that he was not actually French and had only acted like he was because Carmella needed a sommelier and it got his foot in the door to becoming a WWE superstar. On September 25, he became the longest reigning 24/7 Champion. On the November 8 episode of Raw, Reggie lost the 24/7 Championship to Drake Maverick, ending his reign at 113 days; however he regained the title back from Maverick a minute later. On the November 22 episode of Raw, Reggie lost the title to Cedric Alexander (who was later pinned by Dana Brooke), ending his second reign at twelve days. He then helped Dana Brooke retain the title for a few months, eventually asking her out on Valentines Day, though she would turn him down. He then pinned her in revenge to win the title for the third time. A week later, Reggie lost the title back to Dana Brooke. On March 28, they were engaged. On the April 18 episode of Raw, during their wedding, Reggie pinned his partner to win the 24/7 title, losing to Tamina shortly after. On May 2, Brooke lost the 24/7 title to Nikki A.S.H. during a backstage attack. Brooke soon regained the title via pinfall in a 24/7 Championship match. Brooke also requested a divorce from Reggie, after he attempted to pin her. Reggie would then soon take a hiatus.
