Niven competed in WWE's Mae Young Classic in 2017. She defeated Santana Garrett in the first round and Serena Deeb in the second round, before being defeated by Toni Storm in the third round.
On the March 27, 2019 episode of NXT UK, Niven debuted by confronting Rhea Ripley after her match with Xia Brookside, starting a feud between the two. On the June 19 episode of NXT UK, Niven and Ripley competed in a battle royal to determine who would get a future opportunity to face the NXT UK Women's Champion Toni Storm. In the match, Niven got eliminated by Xia Brookside. On the July 3 episode of NXT UK, Niven defeated Ripley. Niven would later be inserted into Brookside's feud with Jinny and Jazzy Gabert. The two lost to Jinny and Gabert on the July 17 episode of NXT UK and the two along with then NXT UK Women's Champion Toni Storm lost again to Jinny, Gabert, and along with Kay Lee Ray on the July 24 episode. In October, Niven would have a brief feud with Jinny and Gabert. After her match with Isla Dawn on the October 3 episode of NXT UK, Jinny and Gabert attacked her backstage and a week later Niven would defeat Gabert in the main event thanks to interference from her former rival Rhea Ripley.
On January 12, 2020, at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II, Niven competed in a triple threat match with Toni Storm and Kay Lee Ray for the NXT UK Women's Championship, where Niven was pinned by Ray. Niven returned to NXT UK television on September 24, 2020, when she challenged Kay Lee Ray for the NXT UK Women's Championship in a losing effort. On November 19, 2020, Niven challenged Ray in a Falls Count Anywhere match for the NXT UK Women's Championship. Niven was again defeated by Ray due to interference from Jinny. Niven lost to Jinny in a number one contenders match for the NXT UK Women's Championship on the January 7, 2021 episode of NXT UK. On March 11, Niven and Jack Starz defeated Jinny and Joseph Conners in NXT UK's first-ever mixed tag team match.
On the June 14, 2021 episode of Raw, Niven made her main roster debut as a heel, defeating Naomi on behalf of Eva Marie. She was not given a name at first, but on the June 21 episode of Raw, Marie named her Doudrop, much to her dismay. At SummerSlam, Doudrop turned against Eva Marie, and on the following episode of Raw, Eva attacked Doudrop during an interview. After defeating Marie twice on the September 13 and 20 episodes of Raw, on the next episode, Doudrop challenged Charlotte Flair for the Raw Women's Championship in a losing effort due to a distraction by Marie. Doudrop next competed in the Queen's Crown tournament, defeating Natalya in the first round, and Shayna Baszler in the semifinals, but ultimately losing to Zelina Vega in the finals at Crown Jewel.
On the January 10, 2022 episode of Raw, Doudrop defeated Bianca Belair and Liv Morgan in a triple threat match to earn a title match for the Raw Women's Championship against the champion Becky Lynch at Royal Rumble. At the event, Lynch retained the title. At Elimination Chamber, Doudrop entered the Elimination Chamber match for a Raw Women's Championship match at WrestleMania 38, but was eliminated by Liv Morgan. On the June 13 episode of Raw, the team of Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H. faced the team of Alexa Bliss and Morgan in a Money in the Bank qualifier match in a losing effort. On June 24, Doudrop defeated Dana Brooke to win the WWE 24/7 Championship during WWE Main Event, but quickly lost it to Akira Tozawa. After the Women's Tag Team Championship was vacated in May, Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H. entered a tournament to crown new champions, which began in August; they lost in the first round to Alexa Bliss and Asuka. On the August 26 episode of SmackDown, Doudrop and Nikki entered a second chance fatal four-way match to return to the tournament among three other teams, but were defeated by Natalya and Sonya Deville. On the August 30 episode of NXT 2.0, Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H. made a surprise appearance as they challenged NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Katana Chance and Kayden Carter for their titles at Worlds Collide, where they would go on to lose.
Doudrop returned as the eighteenth spot in the 2023 Women's Royal Rumble with her old ring name of Piper Niven; she was eliminated by Raquel Rodriguez. On the August 14 episode of Raw, Niven returned and declared herself one half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, becoming Chelsea Green's new tag partner due to Green's partner Sonya Deville suffering an ACL injury, thus WWE recognizing Niven's reign as a continuation of Deville's. On October 31, they successfully defended their titles against Chase University (Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne) on night two of NXT Halloween Havoc. On the November 27 episode of Raw, Niven and Green had another successful title defense against number one contenders Natalya and Tegan Nox. On December 11, it was announced that Green and Niven would defend their tag team titles against new number one contenders Kayden Carter and Katana Chance. The following week on Raw, Green and Niven would lose the tag team titles to Carter and Chance, ending their reign at 126 days. On the January 8, 2024 episode of Raw, Niven and Green were unsuccessful in an attempt to regain the titles in a championship rematch.
On night two of the 2024 WWE Draft, Niven and Green were drafted to the SmackDown brand. At Clash at the Castle on June 15, Niven failed to win the title from Bayley. On November 2, at Crown Jewel, Niven and Green completed in a fatal four-way tag team match for the Women’s Tag Team Championships in a losing effort.
