NXT Halloween Havoc 2022 was the third annual Halloween Havoc event produced by WWE, and fifteenth Halloween Havoc event overall. It was held exclusively for superstars from the promotion's NXT brand division. Unlike the previous two years, which aired as television specials, the 2022 Halloween Havoc aired as a livestreaming event. It took place on October 22, 2022, at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. SmackDown superstar Shotzi returned to co-host the event with NXT superstar Quincy Elliott.
