On March 11, 2019, WWE announced the signing of Bivens, revealing that he was already at the WWE Performance Center. On March 22, Bivens debuted on an NXT live event under the name Court Moore, as the manager of Babatunde. At an April 12, NXT live event, Moore managed Bronson Reed to a win against Eric Bugenhagen. At the May 16 NXT live event, Moore started going by the new name Malcolm Bivens.
On the March 25, 2020 episode of NXT, Bivens made his debut representing Rinku and Saurav, who attacked Matt Riddle. The following week, Bivens introduced them as Indus Sher, while collectively being known as Bivens Enterprises. However, following the June 17 episode of NXT, Bivens would quietly split away from Indus Sher and would be taken off of television. He returned on the December 2 episode of NXT, where he was seen backstage talking to Tyler Rust. On the following week's episode of NXT, he once again approached Rust backstage, offering him his managerial services. On the June 22, 2021 episode of NXT, Bivens and Rust were revealed to be apart of The Diamond Mine stable along with Hideki Suzuki and Roderick Strong.
On April 22, 2022, Bivens was released from his contract.
