Busch appeared on WWE programming several times, including guest hosting Monday Night Raw in 2009, and ten years later on the same program on December 2, 2019. During the latter appearance, he won the WWE 24/7 Championship, pinning R-Truth with Michael Waltrip as special guest referee; R-Truth reclaimed the title later in the show.
