Jordan made her NXT debut on June 20, 2023, as the protege of Dana Brooke at NXT Gold Rush. However, the storyline was dropped when Brooke was released on September 21. At NXT No Mercy, Jordan fought against Blair Davenport on the kick-off show in a losing effort. On the November 28 episode of NXT, Jordan beat Kiana James to advance for the Iron Survivor Challenge match at NXT Deadline on December 9. At the event, Jordan was unsuccessful, as the match was won by Davenport. At NXT Stand and Deliver on April 6, 2024, Jordan teamed up with Fallon Henley and Chase University's Thea Hail to defeat Jacy Jayne, Kiana James, and Izzi Dame in a six-woman tag team match. Also at Stand and Deliver, NXT General Manager Ava announced the newly created NXT Women's North American Championship, and Jordan went through as one of the top twelve participants from a preliminary combine to compete for a spot in the six-woman ladder match to crown the inaugural champion at NXT Battleground. On the May 28 episode of NXT, Jordan defeated Wren Sinclair to qualify for a spot at NXT Battleground. At NXT Battleground on June 9, Jordan became the inaugural NXT Women's North American Champion in a six-woman ladder match. On the June 18 episode of NXT, Jordan defeated Michin after interference from Jaida Parker in her first title defense. At NXT Heatwave on July 7, Jordan successfully defended her title against Sol Ruca. At No Mercy on September 1, Jordan successfully defended her title against Wendy Choo. On the September 24 episode of NXT, Jordan made another successful title defense against Wren Sinclair, now a member of the No Quarter Catch Crew. At NXT Halloween Havoc on October 27, Jordan defended the title against Fatal Influence in a gauntlet match, managing to defeat Jazmyn Nyx and Jacy Jayne, but ultimately lost the title to Henley after interference from Jayne and Nyx, ending her reign at 140 days.
