Cargill made her first appearance on WWE programming at Fastlane on October 7, 2023, during the pre-show, where she exited a car and was met by Triple H. On the October 10 episode of NXT, Cargill appeared in a backstage segment where she was met by Shawn Michaels. She would then subsequently make brief appearances on Raw, NXT, and SmackDown, teasing which brand she would join.
Cargill made her WWE in-ring debut on January 27, 2024, competing in the 2024 Royal Rumble match. Cargill entered the match at number twenty-eight, eliminating Nia Jax and Naomi before being eliminated by the number thirty entrant, Liv Morgan. On the March 22 episode of SmackDown, it was announced that Cargill had been assigned to the SmackDown brand. On the March 29 episode of SmackDown, Cargill made her debut and signed her SmackDown contract. Later in the episode, Cargill saved Naomi and Bianca Belair from an attack by Damage Control. It was later announced that Cargill, Naomi and Belair would face Damage Control in a six-woman tag team match at WrestleMania XL. At the event, the trio defeated Damage Control after Cargill pinned Dakota Kai. At Backlash France, Cargill and Belair defeated the Kabuki Warriors to win the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. Cargill then participated in the 2024 Queen of the Ring tournament, where she defeated Piper Niven in the first round but was eliminated after losing to Nia Jax in the quarterfinals by disqualification. At King and Queen of the Ring, Cargill and Belair successfully defended their titles against Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell. At Clash at the Castle: Scotland, Cargill and Belair lost the titles to Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn, ending their reign at 42 days, but regained the titles two months later at Bash in Berlin. They then retained at Crown Jewel. In November, Cargill was written off television after she suffered a storyline injury, removing her from the WarGames match at Survivor Series: WarGames. Naomi replaced her as the one-half of tag team champions in December.
Cargill returned on March 1, 2025, at Elimination Chamber, attacking Naomi before the women's Elimination Chamber match officially started, causing Naomi to be eliminated. On the following episode of SmackDown, Naomi revealed herself as the person that attacked Cargill. On the April 4 episode, following another brawl, SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis scheduled a match between them at WrestleMania 41. Cargill would go on to win the match on night one of the event. On the June 13 episode of SmackDown, Cargill participated in 2025 Queen of the Ring tournament and won the first round. She would go on to win the tournament by defeating Asuka in the finals at Night of Champions, earning a WWE Women's Championship match at SummerSlam. On the following episode of SmackDown, Cargill was attacked by Naomi during a backstage segment, leading to a No Holds Barred match at Evolution, which Cargill won, ending their feud. On night one of SummerSlam, Cargill failed to win the WWE Women's Championship from Tiffany Stratton. On the October 24 episode of SmackDown, Cargill appeared to save Stratton from an attack by Giulia and Kiana James, but then attacked Stratton, turning heel. At Saturday Night's Main Event on November 1, Cargill defeated Stratton to win the WWE Women's Championship, earning her first singles championship in WWE.
