Guilty as Charged 2001 was the third and final Guilty as Charged pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). It took place on January 7, 2001 in New York, New York. This was the final nationally and globally broadcast event held by the original ECW before it filed for bankruptcy two months later.

- The Unholy Alliance (Yoshihiro Tajiri and Mikey Whipwreck) (with the Sinister Minister) defeated Kid Kash and Super Crazy and The F.B.I. (Little Guido and Tony Mamaluke) (with Big Sal) in a three-way dance tag match to become the number one contenders to the ECW World Tag Team Championships.
- Simon and Swinger (with Dawn Marie, The Blue Boy, and Jasmin St. Claire) fought Balls Mahoney and Chilly Willy to a no contest.
- The Sandman defeated Steve Corino (with Jack Victory) and Justin Credible (with Francine) in a tables, ladders, chairs, and canes three-way dance to win the ECW World Heavyweight Championship.
- Rhino defeated The Sandman to win the ECW World Heavyweight Championship.
