Kemp made his WWE debut on the December 24, 2021 episode of 205 Live, where he lost to Andre Chase. Continuing to make appearances on NXT and 205 Live, Kemp picked up his first victory over James Drake on 205 Live's replacement show, NXT Level Up. Kemp also began making appearances on NXT UK, with victories over Danny Jones and a successful tag team match alongside Wolfgang. On the May 10, 2022 episode of NXT, Roderick Strong, leader of Diamond Mine, introduced Kemp to The Creed Brothers (Brutus and Julius) as the newest member of the stable. At Worlds Collide, Kemp was involved in a sequence where his interference led to the Creed Brothers not winning the NXT Tag Team Championships during a fatal four-way elimination tag team title unification match. Kemp used a steel chair against Julius Creed, which led to Pretty Deadly securing the victory, effectively departing Diamond Mine and turning heel. At NXT Halloween Havoc, Kemp lost to Julius Creed in the ambulance match under the stipulation that if Julius lost, Brutus would have to leave NXT. On the August 8, 2023 episode of NXT, he assisted both Drew Gulak and Charlie Dempsey during their tag team match, officially joining No Quarter Catch Crew. On the September 12 episode of NXT, Myles Borne joined the NQCC by turning on both Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen during their six-man tag team match.
On the February 27, 2024 edition of NXT, Dempsey defeated The Meta-Four's Noam Dar 2–1 in a British Rounds Rules match to win the NXT Heritage Cup. At NXT Roadblock, NQCC announced that the NXT Heritage Cup would be defended by the whole stable under the "Catch Clause". On the April 16 episode of NXT, The D'Angelo Family leader Tony D'Angelo revealed that his Family were hired by NQCC to eliminate Gulak. D'Angelo demanded payment for the job but NQCC refused, causing a brawl between the two factions and resulting in a six-man tag team match between the two factions during week one of Spring Breakin', which was won by The D'Angelo Family (D'Angelo, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino). On the May 7 episode of NXT, Dempsey and Borne faced Tyson DuPont and Tyriek Igwe in a tag team match. Before the match started, the match referee was declared "unavailable" and Stacks was announced as the special guest referee, costing Dempsey and Borne the match through a fast count. After the match, an irate Dempsey gave D'Angelo a title shot at the NXT Heritage Cup. One week later, D'Angelo defeated Dempsey to win the Cup. On the June 5 episode of NXT, Kemp faced D'Angelo in a rematch for the Cup, but lost 2–0.
On the June 25 episode of NXT, Tavion Heights defeated Kemp to officially join NQCC. On July 8, Kemp announced his release from the WWE.
