During the feud between Brie Bella and Stephanie McMahon, Green appeared on the August 11, 2014 episode of Raw as Megan Miller, portraying Daniel Bryan's physical therapist, where she confessed having an affair with him before an infuriated Brie stormed into the ring slapped her and attacked McMahon.
In 2015, Chelsea reappeared under her real name, as a contestant on the sixth season of the re-launched Tough Enough finishing in fourth place for the females.
In 2018, Chelsea took part in the WWE tryouts and was signed on August 3, 2018. Chelsea started at the WWE Performance Center on October 8, 2018 and made her NXT in-ring debut at a live event on October 26, 2018, competing under a "psychotic" gimmick. She made her TV debut at the March 13, 2019 NXT TV tapings under her real name. She defeated Jessie Elaban, but broke her wrist during the match. Despite the injury, she completed the match. Green underwent surgery the following day on March 14.[
Green returned on June 29 at an NXT live event where she and Deonna Purrazzo lost to Kacy Catanzaro and Lacey Lane. She made her main roster debut on the December 23, 2019 edition of Raw, competing in a losing effort against Charlotte Flair. She made her NXT television debut on January 8, 2020, during which she was announced as the first member of manager Robert Stone's stable. On January 26, Green competed in the women's Royal Rumble match at the pay-per-view of the same name, which was eventually won by Charlotte Flair. On the March 4 episode of NXT, Green defeated Shotzi Blackheart to qualify for a ladder match to determine the number one contender for the NXT Women's Championship. On the May 6 episode of NXT, Green defeated Xia Li. On the May 27 episode of NXT, Green and Charlotte Flair defeated Rhea Ripley and Io Shirai. After the match, she fired Robert Stone.
Green made her SmackDown debut on the November 13, 2020 edition, where she participated in a qualifying fatal four-way match against Liv Morgan, Natalya and Tamina to earn a spot at Survivor Series as part of the Team SmackDown, which Morgan won; Green would break her wrist in the match. On April 15, 2021, WWE released Green from her contract.
On January 28, 2023, Green made her surprise return to WWE at the Royal Rumble, entering the namesake match at number twenty, but was quickly eliminated by Rhea Ripley. Upon her return, she became a member of the Raw brand. On the March 27 episode of Raw, Green teamed up with Sonya Deville and defeated the team of "Michin" Mia Yim and Candice LeRae to qualify for the women’s WrestleMania Showcase match. At WrestleMania 39, Green and Deville were unsuccessful, with the match being won by Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler. Green and Deville were drafted to the Raw brand as part of the 2023 WWE Draft. On the July 3 episode of Raw, after a five-match losing streak, Green and Deville won a tag team turmoil match for a WWE Women's Tag Team Championship opportunity. On the July 17 episode of Raw, Green and Deville defeated Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez to win the titles, her first championship in WWE. On August 7, Deville was reported to have suffered an ACL injury and had to relinquish her half of the tag team titles. On the August 14 episode of Raw, despite Green wanting to hold auditions for a new tag team partner, a returning Piper Niven took one half of the tag team titles and declared she would be Green’s new partner. WWE recognized this change as a continuation of Green's original title reign with Deville. On the October 30 episode of Raw, Green won her first singles match on the main roster where she defeated Natalya in a Trick-or-Street Fight match. On the following night, Green and Niven returned to NXT to succesfully defend the tag team titles against Chase University (Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne) at NXT Halloween Havoc. On the November 27 episode of Raw, Green and Niven had another successful title defense against number one contenders Natalya and Tegan Nox. On December 11, it was announced that Green and Niven would defend their tag team titles against new number one contenders Kayden Carter and Katana Chance. The following week on Raw, Green and Niven would lose the tag team titles to Carter and Chance, ending their reign at 126 days and Green’s individual reign at 154 days. On the January 8, 2024 episode of Raw, Green and Niven were unsuccessful in an attempt to regain the titles in a rematch. In the 2024 women’s Royal Rumble match, Green entered at number fourteen, lasting over seventeen minutes before being eliminated by Becky Lynch.
During night two of the 2024 WWE Draft, Green and Niven were drafted to the SmackDown brand. At NXT Spring Breakin' on April 30, Green made a surprise appearance where she was announced as the next challenger for NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez. However, Green failed to defeat Perez for the title on the following week's episode of NXT. In June, Green defeated Bianca Belair and Michin in a triple threat match to qualify for the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. At the event on July 6, Green would lose after eventual winner Tiffany Stratton pushed her off the ladder onto a pair of tables outside the ring. On November 2, at Crown Jewel, Green and Niven completed in a fatal four-way tag team match for the Women’s Tag Team Championships in a losing effort.
