Belair signed a contract with WWE on April 12, 2016, and was assigned to the WWE Performance Center. Belair made her first appearance during an in–ring segment at an NXT live event on June 25, and her in–ring debut in September, defeating Aliyah.
On the May 3, 2017, episode of NXT, Blair made her television debut as part of a battle royal to determine the number one contender for the NXT Women's Championship, where she was eliminated by Billie Kay and Peyton Royce. In June, Belair defeated Aliyah to qualify for the Mae Young Classic, where she defeated Sage Beckett in the first round, but was eliminated in the second round by the eventual tournament winner Kairi Sane. Shortly after her performance in the Mae Young Classic, starting from the January 24, 2018, episode of NXT, Belair began an undefeated streak by defeating various competitors such as Lacey Evans, Candice LeRae, Aliyah, Dakota Kai and Deonna Purrazzo. On April 8, Belair made her WrestleMania debut as she participated in the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal at WrestleMania 34 alongside other women from the NXT roster, however, she was eliminated by Becky Lynch. Throughout the rest of the year, Belair started a short feud with Nikki Cross, which led to two different matches between the two — one that ended in a double count–out and one that ended in a no contest, after Aleister Black interrupted it due to Cross' involvement in a storyline that involved him. The feud between the two was apparently nixed, however, on January 9, 2019, episode of NXT, when Belair defeated Cross in what was Cross' final match as part of the brand before moving to the main roster, ending their feud in the process.
In December, Belair won a fatal– four-way match against Lacey Evans, Mia Yim, and Io Shirai to become the number one contender to the NXT Women's Championship. On January 26, at NXT TakeOver: Phoenix, after multiple interferences by Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir, Belair lost to Shayna Baszler as she was unsuccessful in winning the title, ending her undefeated streak at 367 days. Throughout the next few months, Belair continued to work as a tweener, and she was also announced as one of the four women who would compete in the fatal four–way match for the NXT Women's Championship at NXT TakeOver: New York on April 5. At the event, Baszler once again retained as she submitted Belair.
On the November 1 episode of SmackDown, Belair was one of the many NXT wrestlers to invade the show, when she attacked Carmella and Dana Brooke before their scheduled match against Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. Later that night, Belair joined Triple H and the rest of the NXT roster as they declared war on both Raw and SmackDown, and vowed to win the Survivor Series brand warfare. Meanwhile on NXT, Belair was chosen to be a part of Shayna Baszler's WarGames team for TakeOver: WarGames. At the event, Belair and her team were defeated.
Belair entered her first Royal Rumble at the Women's Royal Rumble 2020 at number 2, eliminating eight other superstars, before being the sixteenth eliminated after lasting for 33 minutes and 20 seconds. Charlotte Flair, the 2020 Royal Rumble winner, appeared on the February 5 episode of NXT to answer Rhea Ripley's challenge for an NXT Women's Championship match at WrestleMania 36. Belair, Ripley's title contender at NXT TakeOver: Portland, would confront Flair before they were interrupted by Ripley, with Belair and Ripley eventually teaming up to attack Flair. Ripley would go on to defeat Belair at TakeOver: Portland. On the February 19 episode of NXT, Belair would interrupt a match between Chelsea Green and Kayden Carter to cut a promo on Flair and challenge the Raw superstar to meet her on NXT. A match between the two was scheduled for the next episode of NXT, where Flair would get the victory and would injure Belair's ankle with a chair after the match before Ripley would run-in and chase Flair away.
At WrestleMania 36, Belair turned face by saving Street Profits (her husband Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) from Zelina Vega, Angel Garza and Austin Theory. The following night on Raw, Belair established herself as a member of the Raw roster as she came to the aid of the Street Profits against Vega, Garza and Theory which led to a six person tag match where Belair and Street Profits were victorious. On the August 14 episode of SmackDown, she competed in a battle royal to determine who faced Bayley at SummerSlam; she eliminated Tamina before being eliminated by Tegan Nox.
As part of the 2020 draft in October, Belair was drafted to the SmackDown brand. On the October 30 edition of SmackDown, Belair defeated Billie Kay and Natalya in a triple threat match to qualify for the SmackDown women’s Survivor Series team. Belair would begin a feud with Bayley. On the December 18 edition of SmackDown, Bayley would defeat Belair in a singles match, but Belair would regain revenge by defeating her in a singles match on the January 29 edition of SmackDown.
On January 31, at the Royal Rumble, Bianca won the Royal Rumble match, last eliminating Rhea Ripley. She was in the match for over fifty-six minutes, a record for the women's Royal Rumble match, being the number three entry. On the February 26 episode of SmackDown, Belair officially challenged SmackDown Women's Champion Sasha Banks to a title match at WrestleMania 37. She then defeated Banks to win the SmackDown Women's Championship, marking her first title in her career. On the following episode of SmackDown, Bayley challenged Belair for the title. The next week, the championship match was scheduled for WrestleMania Backlash; Belair successfully retained her title at the event. Belair would defeat Bayley to retain the title once more in a Hell in a Cell match at the pay-per-view of the same name. At SummerSlam, Belair was scheduled to defend her title against Sasha Banks, but during the event, WWE announced that Banks could not compete, and would be replaced by Carmella. Carmella was attacked by a returning Becky Lynch, who challenged Belair for the title. Belair accepted and lost the match in half a minute after two moves by Lynch, thus Lynch won the title from Belair, ending her reign at 133 days. At Extreme Rules, in what was supposed to be their SummerSlam rematch, Belair defeated Lynch by disqualification due to interference by a returning Sasha Banks, thus not regaining the title.
As a part of the 2021 WWE Draft, Belair was drafted to Raw brand. At Crown Jewel, Belair was unsuccessful to regain the SmackDown Women's Championship in a triple threat match against champion Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks. During the next month's Survivor Series, Belair made history by becoming the first person to overcome a four-on-one handicap to win the event's traditional five-on-five elimination match. At the Royal Rumble, Belair entered at number eight, lasting 47 minutes before being eliminated by Charlotte Flair. At the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view on February 19, Belair won the Elimination Chamber match to become the number one contender for the Raw Women's Championship at WrestleMania 38, thus reigniting her feud with Becky Lynch. On night one of WrestleMania 38, Bianca would go on to defeat Becky Lynch and win her first Raw Women's Championship. Belair then began a feud with WWE official Sonya Deville, who attacked her on the April 11 episode of Raw, after she had defeated Queen Zelina. On April 18, Belair was fined $1 by Adam Pearce for trying to attack Deville, based on Deville's demands. On the April 25 episode of Raw, she successfully retained her championship against Deville, despite Carmella and Queen Zelina's interference. Belair then defended her title against Asuka and Lynch in a triple threat match at Hell in a Cell. At Money in the Bank, Belair retained the championship by defeating Carmella. Belair then successfully defended her title against Becky Lynch at SummerSlam, and after the match, they would embrace each other, ending their feud. However, they were confronted by the returning Bayley and her new allies Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky, reigniting their feud. On the August 8 episode of Raw, they challenged Belair, Alexa Bliss, and Asuka to a six-woman tag team match at Clash at the Castle on September 3, which they accepted. At the event, they were defeated by Bayley, Kai, and Sky (now going by the team name Damage Control), when Bayley pinned her. At Extreme Rules, Belair successfully retained the Raw Women's Championship against Bayley in a ladder match. At Crown Jewel on November 5, Belair successfully defended the title against Bayley in a Last Woman Standing match. Three weeks later at Survivor Series WarGames on November 26, Belair, Asuka, Bliss, Becky Lynch, and Mia Yim defeated Damage Control (Bayley, Kai, Sky), Nikki Cross and Rhea Ripley in a WarGames match after Lynch pinned Kai. On the January 2, 2023 episode of Raw, Belair retained the title against Bliss by disqualification after Bliss attacked Belair and the referee. A rematch between the two was later scheduled for the Royal Rumble. At the event on January 28, Belair retained the title against Bliss. On Night Two of WrestleMania 39 on April 2, Belair retained the title against Asuka.
As part of the 2023 WWE Draft, Belair was drafted to the SmackDown brand. At Backlash, Belair retained the title against Iyo Sky. At Night of Champions on May 27, Belair lost the championship to Asuka, ending her record-setting reign at 420 days. At SummerSlam, Belair regained the title by defeating Asuka and Charlotte Flair in a triple threat match to win her second WWE Women's Championship (formerly the Raw Women's Championship). However, she lost the title to Iyo Sky after Sky cashed-in her Money in the Bank contract, ending Belair's second reign in two minutes. Blair challenged Sky in a rematch for the title at Crown Jewel, but was unsuccessful due to interference from the returning Kairi Sane. Three weeks later at Survivor Series WarGames on November 25, Belair, Flair, Becky Lynch and Shotzi defeated Damage Control (Bayley, Sky, Sane and Asuka) in a WarGames match after Lynch pinned Bayley. On January 27, 2024 at the Royal Rumble, Belair entered the Royal Rumble match at number ten and eliminated Jordynne Grace before being eliminated by the eventual winner, Bayley. On the February 9 episode of SmackDown, Belair defeated Michin to qualify for the women's Elimination Chamber match at the titular event, where she was ultimately eliminated by Liv Morgan. At WrestleMania XL, the team of Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi defeated Damage Control (Asuka, Kairi Sane and Dakota Kai).
In May 2024 at Backlash France, Belair and Cargill defeated Damage CTRL's The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Sane) to win the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship. With this win, Belair became the ninth women's Triple Crown Champion. Belair then participated in the 2024 Queen of the Ring tournament, defeating Candice LeRae in the first round and Tiffany Stratton in the quarterfinals, but lost to Nia Jax in the semifinals. At King and Queen of the Ring, Belair and Cargill successfully defended their titles against Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell. At Clash at the Castle, Cargill and Belair lost the titles to Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn, ending their reign at 42 days, but regained the titles two months later at Bash in Berlin.
